Key Responsibilities:



• Actively recruit clients for employment programs • Perform detailed needs assessments through structured interviews • Create personalized action plans based on client needs • Review and update action plans regularly • Ensure client success in achieving employment

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or related field • Experience in developing action plans and assessments • Ability to manage client data effectively • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Experience with WorkBC programs is an asset
