We are currently hiring for a Shunter for our client in Calgary, AB.

Location: Calgary, AB
Work days:Wednesday to Saturday.
Start time- 6 am.

Job Responsibilities:
Move and position trailers, containers, and trucks within the yard as directed.
Perform regular yard checks to monitor trailer locations.
Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and yard staff to ensure effective flow of equipment.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of shunt trucks/trailers.
Complete basic paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Follow all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents or delays.

Job Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Prior experience of 2 years as a shunter is a requirement.
Positive backing skills are an asset.
Robust knowledge of safe driving practices and yard operations.

Documentation needed:
Valid Driver's license
Abstract (obtained within last 30 days)
Criminal record check (obtainedwithin the last 3 months)

Pay rate- $24 per/hour
