Licensed 310T Technician

Location: Kitchener

A well-established industrial services company is seeking a Licensed 310T Technician to support the maintenance and repair of a modern fleet of heavy-duty trucks and trailers. This position is suited for a dependable and safety-focused mechanic who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring fleet reliability, preventative maintenance, and regulatory compliance while contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air brake systems on heavy-duty vehicles and trailers




Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on fleet equipment
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with applicable transportation and safety regulations
Troubleshoot diesel engines, transmissions, braking systems, and related components
Complete work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
Support emergency breakdown and after-hours repair requirements when needed
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to maximize fleet uptime and performance

Qualifications
Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
Previous experience working with diesel engines and heavy-duty truck equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Commitment to workplace safety and preventative maintenance practices
