Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in client facilities, ensuring a protected and healthy environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming
Clean and disinfect public bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
Restock supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.)
Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs
Follow safety protocols and properly handle cleaning chemicals
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed




Assist with setup and cleanup for events or meetings
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience cleaning public bathrooms (required)
Valid driver’s license (required)
Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
Ability to work independently and deliver quality service without supervision
Robust attention to detail and time management skills
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed
