Join KF Aerospace as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer focusing on Avionics, located in beautiful Kelowna, BC. Your skills in aircraft systems will ensure optimal safety and performance.
Reporting to the AME-E Shift Lead, you will execute line and heavy maintenance tasks, specializing in avionics. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You'll be key in training apprentices while coordinating effort with engineers and maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities: • Inspect avionic systems and electrical components thoroughly • Execute modifications and installation of aircraft assemblies • Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of systems • Document maintenance actions for regulatory compliance • Provide training support to recent technicians
Requirements: • AME-E Transport Canada license preferred • At least 3 years of experience as an Avionics AME • Must possess a Radio Operator license • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently • Flexibility to adapt to different shifts
