Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons based on Montessori philosophy and the Ontario Elementary Curriculum (Grades 1–3) Observe, assess, and document student progress through portfolios and records Guide students in developing independence, responsibility, and a love of learning Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly, and enriched Montessori environment Collaborate with other faculty members to support whole-child development Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and caregivers Participate in professional development and school community events Qualifications Montessori Elementary Diploma from a MACTE-accredited institution (AMI or AMS preferred) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and current Ontario College of Teachers (OCT)



certification Minimum 2 years teaching experience at the Elementary level, preferably in a Montessori setting Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
