A large international financial services company is looking to hire an AI-Forward Scrum Master to join their team in Montreal. This is a contract position for an initial 6-month assignment, with possibility of extension, working in hybrid role, with compensation of $125K annually.

About the role:

- Combine deep Agile expertise with a proactive mindset toward up-to-date AI tooling
- Leverage AI to streamline Agile ceremonies, analyze sprint metrics, and coach development squads on integrating AI tools into their everyday workflows
- Partner with Product Owners to use AI for initial user story generation, acceptance criteria formatting, and complex feature decomposition
- Facilitate all core Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/demos, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums
- Coordinate production deployment planning and change management, and support interaction with Change Management, Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, Dev, and QA teams

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master
- Mandatory IT/technical experience in software development
- Mandatory experience as a technology/IT business analyst
- Practical, hands-on experience incorporating AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) into daily Agile facilitation
- Expert knowledge of the Scrum framework
- Experience facilitating collaborative group workshops and problem-solving sessions
- Experience using Agile planning tools (JIRA,



Confluence, Kanban boards)
- Ability to work effectively with and influence business stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Ability to coordinate and plan effectively with other IT teams within an enterprise

You'll stand out if you have:

- Experience with UX, Design Thinking, Kanban, Extreme Programming, or Scaled Agile for Enterprises (SAFe)
- Experience with cloud technology
- Foundational understanding of MLOps basics
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, quality-driven, and able to work collaboratively across distributed, cross-functional teams
