As a Personal Insurance Executive, our Personal Lines division of HUB International is focused on our clients providing expert advice and solutions based on our client’s insurance needs utilizing our own in house Personal Lines program, High Value programs, special risk and regular market offerings tailored for our clients. A day in the life Client Relationship Management – proactive outreach, annual review calls, and maintaining concierge-level service for HNW clients.



Risk Assessment & Coverage Design – tailoring bespoke insurance programs for complex assets (multiple properties, high-value collections, luxury vehicles, yachts, aircraft). Claims Advocacy – acting as a personal liaison during claims, ensuring swift resolution and white-glove handling. Market & Carrier Engagement – liaising with HNW underwriters, negotiating terms, and staying updated on specialty products. Portfolio Monitoring – tracking policy renewals, coverage gaps, and changes in client circumstances or asset values. Current Business Development – networking in luxury, financial, and professional circles to generate referrals. Discretion & Privacy Management – safeguarding client confidentiality while coordinating with attorneys, wealth managers, and family offices. Continuous Learning – keeping current on evolving risks (e.G., cyber liability, climate exposures, global mobility issues).
