Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end management of strategic pursuits
• Conduct RFx analyses and develop compelling proposals




• Coach and mentor a small team of pursuit professionals
• Identify process improvements and champion technology adoption

Requirements:
• University degree in Communications, Business, or related field
• 7+ years in proposals or business development management
• Experience in public/private sector pursuits
• Past team leadership or coaching experience
• Solid skills in project management and stakeholder collaboration
