Role Inside Sales Representative – first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone. Job Responsibilities Serve as the customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch. Complete sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing. Provide world-class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and assist in the development of new customers. Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience. Attention to detail and solid organizational skills. Strong customer service skills.
