Job Title: Hotel Room Attendant

About the Role

Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Hotel Room Attendant . In this role, you will help ensure that all guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, including:
Making beds
Dusting
Vacuuming
Cleaning bathrooms
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens
Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
MAKE BEDS
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Adhere to company standards and policies

Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or similar experience preferred




Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, storage, and disposal methods
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Physical stamina for tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
