In this role, you’ll manage property accounting processes including cash operations, financial statement preparation, and tenant account management. You'll work closely with Property Managers and be involved in preparing annual budgets and reconciliations, while also ensuring strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations including cash receipts and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly recurring entries and tenant chargebacks
• Administer commercial property leases and related documentation




• Maintain accurate rent rolls and vacancy loss reports
• Analyze budget variances regularly and reconcile bank activity
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial property accounting
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills and Timberline experience advantageous
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team workplace
