As a Barista, you will play a critical role in ensuring guest satisfaction through timely and engaging service. Your responsibilities will include crafting drinks to impress and handling monetary transactions with accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and take orders from guests within 30 seconds
• Prepare and present beverages according to guidelines
• Operate POS systems for transactions
• Address and escalate guest concerns as needed
• Train current hires by reinforcing positive behavior
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED needed
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred
• Communication skills and team collaboration essential
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and long standing periods
• Agreement to obtain a Canadian Criminal Record Check
