Key Responsibilities: • Draft reports, documents, and meeting notes • Manage administrative tasks and serve as a backup • Organize and coordinate meetings and logistics for committees • Prepare reports and presentations with collected data • Review invoices and track budgetary expenses
Requirements: • One-year business course along with 2-3 years administrative experience • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to develop effective office procedures • Initiative in managing workloads and deadlines
