Key Responsibilities: • Support students’ social, spiritual,



and academic growth • Engage students in one-on-one and small group settings • Collaborate with educators and parents for tailored learning • Assist the broader team in implementing IEP goals • Mentor in alignment with Biblical attributes of HCOS

Requirements: • Experience in Education or related child support fields • A valid Educational Assistant certificate is an asset • Robust interpersonal and emotional intelligence • Technically proficient in educational tools • Alignment with KCCS foundational beliefs
