In this full time position, you will be responsible for processing policy changes and administering reinsurance for Co-operators and CUMIS. Your expertise will ensure accuracy in reinsurance data and adherence to treaty parameters, impacting our clients' experiences. You will collaborate actively while maintaining service standards and ensuring effective communication with Advisors and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process basic policy changes from request to delivery
• Ensure reinsurer approval for facultative changes
• Action policy change group email for daily inquiries
• Validate reinsurance details and calculate premiums
• Respond to inquiries from Advisors and clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' industry experience
• Post-secondary technical diploma preferred
• Progress towards LOMA (FLMI) designation
• Completion of Medical Terminology course
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
