In this energetic role, you will lead programs designed for the enrichment of our residents. Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities tailored to meet the individual needs of seniors, including those with dementia. You will interact regularly with residents, families, and volunteers to maintain a vibrant community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and deliver engaging recreational activities
• Promote resident participation in social and recreational programs
• Maintain records, assessments, and evaluations of programs




• Communicate effectively with residents and families about events
• Assist in supervising volunteers and student placements
Requirements:
• Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their lives
• Diploma or degree in Recreation, Gerontology, or related field
• Previous experience in senior recreational programming preferred
• Energetic, compassionate, and caring demeanor
• Ability to coordinate transportation for participants
