$45,000 - $55,000 per year What You Will Be Doing: Assist clients in the parts store Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules Check in customer RV's with inspection sheet, write ROs with customers ensuring all work requested is captured with a customer sign off and Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's
