Full job description

The successful applicant should be very personable and friendly, have sharp organizational skills, excellent communication and verbal skills, a drive to succeed and learn in a quick-paced environment, and a willingness to work within a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting patient and answering general inquiries
Checking in patients
Rebooking patients for follow-up appointments
Prepare and accept incoming/outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
Organize and maintain daily files
Faxing documents as requested




Scanning/Emailing documents as requested

Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Windows, Teams)
Excellent Oral and Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities on a moment’s notice
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong customer service skills
Friendly and empathetic nature
Can be Full/Part time hours – day time, occasional evening

Schedule:
7.5 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:
Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
