About the role What the work is actually like (read this carefully): You'll be outside all day in cold, rain, and sometimes snow 10+ hour days, 6 days a week during peak season You'll be on ladders and roofs daily - if you're not comfortable at heights, this isn't the right fit The work is physical - climbing, carrying equipment, repetitive overhead work The season is compressed: ~3-4 months of intense work (potential for extended season)

Pay: $1,200$1,800/week depending on experience and role
Schedule: Full time seasonal, training starts September 2026
Training: Provided - no prior Christmas lighting experience needed
What you'll do Install Christmas lighting on homes and commercial buildings Work on ladders (up to 32 ft), roofs, and occasionally in trees or on cherry pickers Hang, clip, and staple light strands along rooflines, trees,
and structures Work in 2person crews serving residential clients Potential for takedown work through JanuaryFebruary (not guaranteed for all hires)
Qualifications Who does well in this role: People who've finished a full season of physical outdoor work before (landscaping, roofing, painting, construction, tree trimming, guiding, wildfire crews) People comfortable with heights and changing weather People who show up on time and finish what they start People who work well on a 2person team with minimal supervision
