Job Description
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Schedule shifts for staff such as sandwich makers and set work procedures.
Estimate and order restaurant supplies including breads, sauces, veggies, etc.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Establish work schedules.
Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
Perform same duties as workers supervised.
Qualifications
Completed high school education.
Knowledge of English language.
At least one year of work experience in a similar field.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
