the Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching of propane deliveries to customers as well as providing customer service support on incoming customer lines. This position is also responsible for assisting in the planning and forecasting of workloads based on the branch demands and growth. Responsibilities: Communicate directly with drivers (and brokers if applicable) to manage current and upcoming delivery demand. Prepare delivery ticket selections within CUE and manage day-to-day dispatching within AWE Produce and review various reports. ie: performance reports, make necessary adjustments (Kfactors), run out report, follow-up with drivers, new and cancelled accounts report, outstanding tickets or special arrangement reports, truck reports. Review accounts put on STOP or cancelled accounts to ensure tickets deleted. Review and adjust customer
