Logistics Operations Analyst role open now in Markham and Whitby! Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Logistics Operations Analyst in the manufacturing sector in Markham, Ontario. We're working with our client to hire a permanent Logistics Analyst for their team.

This person will act as the business owner of warehouse and fulfillment operations, managing 3PL partners, inventory performance, customer escalations, service metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products are delivered accurately, on time, and cost effectively.

Responsibilities

- Managing the 3PL - reviewing performance,



handling shipping issues, tracking KPIs, conducting warehouse reviews
- Monitoring KPIs - OTD, fill rate, costs, productivity
- Handling customer escalations
- Inventory management - reviewing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies
- Continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

- 5+ years of warehousing operations and logistics
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or similar field
- Advanced Excel skills
- 3PL management experience highly preferred
- Any experience with SAP, Oracle, and Power BI will be an asset
- Experience with inventory analysis and KPI management
