Join E.SUN Bank Toronto Branch and play a key role in shaping the HR function of a growing international financial institution in Canada. This is a unique prospect to build and enhance HR practices within a federally regulated banking environment while working closely with local leadership and our Taiwan Head Office.

What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end perks administration, including annual renewals, employee enrollment, and vendor management.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and background screening processes.
Support employee relations, HR policies, leave administration, and workplace compliance.
Partner with Payroll and our vendor to ensure accurate payroll-related HR processes and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR records, reporting, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement of HR programs, processes, and employee experience initiatives.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including broad HR generalist responsibilities.




Solid experience in employee perks administration and HR operations.
Familiarity with Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
CHRP designation or active pursuit of certification; CHRL is an asset.
Financial services or other regulated industry experience is preferred.
English proficiency required; Mandarin is an asset.
