NightAuditorsmusthaveadetailorientatedworkstyle,andapositivepersonalitywithadesiretodeliveroutstandingcustomerservicetoourguests.

Responsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:
Check-in’s,check-out’sandhandlingallguestregistrations
Makingandmodifyingreservations
HotelOperatorandconciergerelatedduties
Collectpayments,postingchargestoguestaccounts,cashanddebittransactions,directbilling,maintainingafloat,cashingoutatendofshift,
Knowledgeofhotelpropertyandsurroundingarea
Respondtoguestcomplaints,requestsandemergenciesandactasnecessary.
Serveastheeveningstewardofthepropertybymonitoringsecuritycameras,hallways,andentrancewaystohelpensureguestsafetyandpropertysecurity.
Assistwithset-upofcontinentalbreakfastand/orbeveragestations,ifapplicable.
Responsibleforrunningtheauditandpreparingnecessaryfinancialreports
Preparenecessarypaperworkfornextbusinessday.

QualificationsandExperience:

Degree/DiplomainHospitalityManagement,MarketingSalesorarelateddisciplineisastrongasset
MusthaveOperaoperatingsystemknowledge
Previousexperienceinacustomerserviceposition
