Dental Administrator - One Dental Burlington - Ottawa, ON, Canada

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner
Manage patient appointments, scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and recalls
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups
Process dental insurance claims, pre-determinations, and insurance inquiries
Review and discuss treatment plans and fees with patients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and information
Coordinate communication between patients, dentists, hygienists, and the clinical team
Assist with daily administrative and front-desk operations
Maintain a high level of patient confidentiality and professionalism
Support the clinic team in providing an exceptional patient experience

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Dental Administrator, Dental Receptionist, Treatment Coordinator,



or similar dental office role
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures
Experience with dental scheduling and patient management
Experience with dental insurance and claims is an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach
Robust computer skills and ability to learn dental practice management software
