The Homeowner Services Coordinator works closely with the Homeowner Services Manager to scale the organization and increase the number of families served per year and is a dynamic and highly motivated member of Habitat Greater Ottawa’s team. As part of a growing, supportive, and extremely collaborative team, the Homeowner Services Coordinator will believe in Habitat Greater Ottawa’s vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to call home. Reporting to the Homeowner Services Manager, the Homeowner Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Housing Development Department and plays an important role in supporting Habitat homeowners throughout their homeownership journey. Key Responsibilities As the successful candidate you will: Assist with maintaining and updating Homeowner Services application forms, evaluation criteria, policies, procedures, and other departmental documentation. Support the collection and management of data for prospective applicants and existing Habitat homeowners. Create, organize, and maintain digital files for newly approved homeowners using Habitat's online software systems. Coordinate and track the Annual Income Review process. Manage the Annual Mortgage Statement process. Work closely with the Finance team to process
