Our client, a dynamic Recruitment Consultancy, is seeking an ambitious and organized Recruitment Consultant to join their team based in Kimberley . This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to build a successful career in recruitment, responsible for managing client relationships and executing the full recruitment process. You will be instrumental in connecting businesses with the talent they need within the Northern Cape region, contributing to the firm's reputation for reliable and effective staffing solutions. This is a hands-on role with significant potential for growth. Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding client needs to sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit. Nurture and grow relationships with existing and potential clients and hiring managers. Negotiate employment offers and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.



Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the company's recruitment database. Requirements

Prior experience in recruitment or a client-facing sales role is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A proactive mindset and a drive to achieve targets and deliver results. Familiarity with recruitment software and online sourcing platforms. Willingness to learn and adapt within the recruitment industry. Benefits
