You'll help clients navigate their paths to healing utilizing the Genesis Process model, promoting a structured and grace-filled atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Support life skills development and structured activities
- Offer emotional support and crisis intervention
- Promote a safe and encouraging recovery environment
- Collaborate with the team and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with group facilitation Requirements:
- Experience in addiction recovery, counselling, or social services recommended
- Trauma-informed and harm-reduction understanding
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check required
