What You’ll Be Doing Provide fast, professional solutions to client inquiries via phone, email, chat Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions Document requests in our support system and route them appropriately Create informative self-help content (written & video) for our community Assist brokerage implementations with a specialist as needed Develop new business and renewals - make recurring client calls, build lasting relationships Promote and propose our training courses Analyse client business needs and propose complementary solutions What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills in French & English,
