We deliver this unmatched impact by investing in next-generation technology, building and supporting an exceptional team of people and never placing limits on creativity.We are hiring a Print Production Planner at our Scarborough facility.This posting is intended to fill a current vacancy at Max Solutions.Responsibilities:Develop and implement production plans for manufacturing, considering factors such as customer orders, production capacity, and material availabilityCreate and maintain a production schedule that maximizes efficiency and meets delivery timelinesAnalyze customer demand patterns, sales forecasts, and historical data to anticipate future folding carton requirementsCollaborate with sales and customer service to ensure accurate demand forecasting and proper inventory managementWork closely with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials, such as paperboard, inks, adhesives, and coatingsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate timely material replenishment to avoid production delaysAllocate production resources based on production requirements and capacity constraintsOptimize resource utilization to achieve maximum productivity and efficiencyMonitor the progress of the production line, identify potential bottlenecks or issues,



and take proactive measures to minimize disruptionsWork closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectationsPerform other duties as assignedDemonstrate a deliberate focus on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Customer SatisfactionSkills and Experience:Previous experience in production planning, preferably in the packaging or printing industryStrong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and inventory control principlesProficient in using production planning software and tools.
