In this part-time, permanent role, Kiwassa Neighbourhood House seeks a dedicated Out of School Care Team Lead. Your responsibilities will include implementing multicultural activities, managing supplies, and ensuring the program meets licensing standards. Work hours are typically from 2 pm to 6 pm, with additional morning shifts. Join a dynamic community dedicated to inclusive childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop age-appropriate multicultural activities
• Ensure necessary equipment and facilities are operational




• Train and support volunteers in program execution
• Maintain open communication with parents and educators
• Conduct team discussions and foster a cooperative environment
Requirements:
• Diploma in a human/social service field
• Minimum two years of relevant childcare experience
• Early Childhood Educator Certificate is an asset
• Current Emergency Childcare First Aid qualification
• Successful Criminal Record Check
