Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents,
