True North Salmon LP, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Gel Pack Worker to support our temperature‑controlled operations. This role is responsible for preparing and handling gel ice packs to ensure product quality and compliance with cold chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill, seal, and prepare gel packs in accordance with company standards
• Stage gel packs to support daily processing and shipping requirements
• Inspect gel packs for damage, leaks, or quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies,
  
  
  
  including health & safety and food safety requirements
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Solid attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

• Cold, wet and damp production environment
• Repetitive tasks and prolonged standing
• Overtime and flexible hours may be required
