Requirements: • Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or related field • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in emotionally demanding settings • Strong skills in conflict resolution and employee relations • Experience supporting shift workers and high workloads • Ability to work respectfully with diverse individuals
