Elevate the campus experience as a Senior Peer Advisor with UASU InfoLink. Ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks at various InfoLink locations.
As a Senior Peer Advisor, you'll work independently across multiple InfoLink sites at the University of Alberta. Key responsibilities include offering client assistance, managing inquiries, and ensuring operational efficiency. You'll utilize your knowledge of campus resources, academic procedures, and community prospects to support students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line customer service across InfoLink locations
• Respond to walk-up, phone, and email inquiries
• Manage drop-in appointment requests efficiently
• Compile and report service statistics accurately
• Sell and promote event tickets and merchandise
Requirements:
• Current undergraduate student at the University of Alberta
• Understanding of academic procedures and services
• At least one academic year completed
• Ability to work in office with public interaction
• Available during operational hours, minimum 3-hour shifts
