Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (In‑Service Readiness, Engineering, and Operations teams), collaborate with internal and external partners to address maintenance and operational challenges, and more. You’ll specifically take care of optimizing Life Cycle Cost & developing strategies to reduce maintenance costs and improve service efficiency.We’ll look to you for:Collaborating with customers to address maintenance or operational issues and identifying optimization opportunitiesCreating, analyzing, and optimizing maintenance plansDeveloping strategies to reduce maintenance costsUsing operational feedback to improve service strategiesEvaluating the maintenance cost of the systems over their service life (LCC – Life Cycle Cost)All About YouEngineering degree or equivalent3-5 years of experience in a Service Engineering environmentGood communication skills in English and FrenchKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Ishikawa)Understanding of rolling stock products and solutionsFamiliarity with engineering product structuresProficiency in applications such as SAP, MS Office suite, and OutlookStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAction‑oriented and results‑driven mindsetExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of a language other than French is an asset to facilitate communication with our partners, suppliers, colleagues, and international clients.
