Role Description

The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product selection across suits, sportswear, outerwear, footwear, and formalwear. Daily activities include building relationships with clients, conducting personalized fittings, coordinating with in-house tailors, and presenting made-to-measure options when appropriate. The associate will manage the sales process from introduction to purchase, handle POS transactions,



maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the store environment is clean and inviting. The role also involves meeting individual and team sales targets, following up with clients, and contributing to special events and trunk shows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in retail or luxury sales, with strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of menswear, tailoring, and garment fit; ability to provide confident style and wardrobe advice for different occasions.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, work with commission structures, and manage POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail in visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and supporting team members as required.
• Previous experience in luxury fashion or menswear and proficiency in additional languages are considered assets.
