Purpose of the Role Reporting production. Prepare, validate, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across performance, advisory fees, and fiscal (tax) reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness before distribution. Data integrity & issue resolution.
Maintain data integrity across reporting by identifying discrepancies, investigating their root cause, and resolving issues at source. Escalate unresolved or complex issues promptly to prevent impact on client reporting. Vendor data & statement interpretation. Work with external vendors to source pricing and transaction data for products held outside our primary custodian. Interpret statements and transaction notices across established products, and ensure the data is entered accurately for reporting. Advisory fee reporting. Calculate and reconcile monthly advisory fees, including blended AUM, negotiated rates, and fee adjustments, ensuring accuracy across accounts. Fiscal (tax) reporting. Support year-end fiscal reporting in partnership with Fund Operations, reconciling tax data and sourcing distribution breakdowns for third-party holdings (e.G., ETFs, stocks, third-party mutual funds) from fund companies or reliable sources. Collect, verify, and distribute tax slips to client and accountant portals. Data management. Maintain historical reporting data—fund distributions, tax breakdowns, and foreign exchange rates—and match internal
