Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Client Experience surveys to gauge client feedback
• Support clients through escalated situations in partnership with the Client Experience team




• Log client interactions in our user-friendly CRM

• Attend retention meetings to drive best practices
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in customer retention or sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills
• Relevant education in business preferred but not required
• Experience in group benefits insurance is a bonus
