As part of a compassionate team, you will work closely with the Activity & Volunteer Manager to develop and execute meaningful recreation programs. This role demands collaboration, communication, and a commitment to maintaining a protected and engaging space for residents. Utilizing your skills in planning and organizing, you will ensure that each resident feels valued and included in activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning engaging programs for residents
• Maintain effective communication with residents and staff




• Organize and care for department equipment and supplies
• Participate in the development of care plans
• Assist in maintaining a safe workplace as per policies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in recreation or related field
• Experience working with seniors in LTC settings
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to support a team environment
• Physically capable of fulfilling duties
