Key Responsibilities:
• Create welcoming experiences for each customer
• Offer product recommendations and cannabis education
• Support daily operations and merchandise upkeep
• Operate the POS and handle payments efficiently
• Restock shelves and manage inventory checks
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude
• Cannabis certification (Selling It Right, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear Criminal Record Check eligibility
