Reporting to the Front of House management, your role entails greeting, seating, and managing reservations while ensuring a high level of organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate the guest experience with a friendly welcome
• Effectively take and manage seating reservations
• Coordinate guest flow to improve dining efficiency
• Lead guests to their tables and engage in friendly conversation
• Recognize returning guests and foster ongoing relationships
Requirements:
• 1 year experience in a busy service environment
• Positive and energetic demeanor
• Solid passion for exceptional guest service
• Excellent time management and organizational competencies
• Capable communication skills, able to thrive under pressure
