About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Telecommunications Technician to join their expanding network operations team. This role involves remotely monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure and services for clients across various regions. You will leverage advanced diagnostic tools and communication platforms to ensure network stability, high availability, and optimal performance, all from a remote work setting. Key Responsibilities

Monitor telecommunications network performance and identify potential issues or outages using specialized software. Perform remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of network faults and service disruptions. Configure, manage, and maintain telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, and servers. Respond to service tickets and provide technical support to internal teams and external clients.



Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge base enhancement. Requirements

Proven experience as a Telecommunications Technician , Network Technician, or similar role. Solid understanding of telecommunications principles, network protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS), and hardware. Proficiency with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote , autonomous environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage technical issues without direct supervision. Benefits
