Laidlaw Carriers Van is seeking experiencedClass 1 Highway Company Drivers based inHalifax, NS . You will haulDry Van freight throughout Canada and the United States. Our operations run24/7 , and drivers are typicallyon the road 7–10 days at a time .

We are looking for professional drivers committed to safety, reliability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities
Haul freight between Canada and the U.S.
Follow all safety, compliance, and cross-border regulations




Complete dispatch-assigned work efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation

Requirements
ValidAZ licence or Class 1
Minimum 2 years of verified Canada/USA driving experience
Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
Clean criminal record check (required for cross-border travel)
Must be willing and able totravel into the United States regularly
Comfortable beingout in the truck 7–10 consecutive days per week
RAPID Card preferred
