In this important role, you will manage non-conforming products, engage with MRB activities, and provide essential technical direction to the production and inspection teams. Key Responsibilities:



• Review and disposition non-conforming products based on DMRs • Engage in MRB discussions to present evaluations • Prepare DMRs for customer submissions when necessary • Offer technical guidance regarding engineering requirements • Identify training needs for compliance and certification

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant diploma in Engineering • Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering processes • Experience in non-conformance and MRB activities • Excellent analytical and technical documentation skills • Robust communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
