The House of Commons' Digital Services and Real Property is offering a Mechanical Engineer position. In this role, you will provide expert engineering knowledge for building rehabilitation and infrastructure renewal projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems to ensure they meet operational and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support building rehabilitation and infrastructure projects • Review consultant designs and technical deliverables • Develop and validate project requirements • Provide advice on building systems and sustainability • Identify technical risks and recommend solutions

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • Licensed Qualified Engineer in Ontario preferred • 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation • Experience in project planning, design, and construction
