Role OverviewWe are seeking Registered Insurance Brokers to join our Union Power team. In this role, you’ll assess clients’ insurance needs, provide tailored advice on personal and commercial coverage options, and match clients with the most suitable insurance solutions.ResponsibilitiesAssess the client’s individual insurance needs (exposure identification) and obtain quotes from insurers.Use professional knowledge and expertise to assist clients in obtaining personal and/or commercial insurance based on assessed needs.Treat all clients in a fair, skilled, and friendly manner.Provide professional insurance advice and guidance, including advising on coverage options available in the marketplace.Ensure that available discounts the client qualifies for are applied.Respond to client inquiries promptly via telephone and/or email (whichever the client prefers).Complete any client requests such as, but not limited to, policy changes, contacting 3rd parties to confirm coverage, and handling
