Your Role

As a Recreation Therapy Worker | Bus Driver, you will be an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, dedicated to implementing our Recreation Therapy Program in accordance with the vision and values of the organization. You will carry out a variety of individual and group leisure/recreation therapy programs, such as arts, socio-cultural events, crafts, sports, music, cooking, gardening, and exercises.

• Set up and organize furnishings and equipment for programs and special events.


• Assist residents in participating, and report any issues to the supervisor.


• Manage resident programs outside the facility, ensuring residents have appropriate clothing and necessary funds for outings,
  
  
  
  and coordinating details with nursing staff or therapists.
