The ideal candidate will play a vital role in processing customer orders & quotes accurately, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring seamless interactions to uphold our reputation for superior customer service. Key Responsibilities Efficiently and accurately enter customer orders & quotes into Eralux's order management system. Provide timely and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding order status, product specifications, shipping details, and general inquiries. Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on order progress, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.



Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications. Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service operations. Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of customer service excellence. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or a related field within the manufacturing industry is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Microsoft Dynamics. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing customer needs. Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
